The Eten M600 is a classic Pocket PC smartphone launched in late 2005. It features a 2.8-inch resistive touchscreen and runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 5.0. Powered by a 400 MHz Samsung processor, it was one of the early devices to integrate Wi-Fi 802.11b into a compact PDA form factor. It also includes a 1.3-megapixel camera with a LED flash and supports memory expansion via a full-sized SD slot.
