We reserve the right to approve, suspend, or terminate seller accounts at our sole discretion.

3. Seller Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed your responsibility.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Product Listings

By listing a mobile phone on the platform, you confirm that:

You are the lawful owner of the product or authorized to sell it

The product description, images, and specifications are accurate and truthful

The condition of the phone (new, used, refurbished) is clearly stated

Any defects, damage, or faults in used devices are fully disclosed

Misleading or false listings may result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited:

Stolen or illegally obtained devices

Counterfeit or replica mobile phones

Devices blocked by network providers or blacklisted IMEI numbers

Phones with removed or tampered IMEI/serial numbers

Violation of this clause may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

6. Pricing and Payments

Sellers are solely responsible for setting product prices.

Prices must include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

The platform may charge service fees or commissions, which will be clearly communicated.

Payment settlements will be processed according to our payout schedule and policies.

7. Meetups and Transactions

CellKaro is a classifieds platform that connects buyers and sellers. All transactions, payments, and physical exchanges of Products occur directly

between the buyer and seller in the real world, we do not facilitate, process, or intermediate any payments, deliveries, or merchandising.  We do

not take responsibility for the outcome of any meetup, transaction, or deal. Buyers and sellers are solely responsible for negotiating terms, verifying

the Product, handling payment, and completing the exchange safely. To support safer meetups, we provide a "Let's Meet Here" button inside the

in-platform chat. When clicked, our system suggests nearby public locations

categorized into:  

• Shopping malls
• Cafes & restaurants
• Public parks

These suggestions are based on approximate geolocation data (if permitted) to help both parties choose a busy, well-lit, and secure spot. By

selecting a location, it is shared directly in the chat for coordination.

Important Safety Disclaimer, CellKaro strongly recommends that all meetups take place in public, crowded locations during daylight hours.

We advise users to:  Never share personal financial details in chat

Verify the Product in person before payment  

Avoid isolated or private locations  

Be aware of potential risks (theft, fraud, or personal safety hazards)

CellKaro is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, theft, fraud, or dispute arising from any meetup or transaction, even if a suggested location was used.

Safety remains the sole responsibility of the buyer and seller.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Disputes

Sellers must comply with the platform’s return and refund policies.

In case of disputes, sellers agree to cooperate fully and provide required evidence, and contact us immidiately via contact us page.

The platform reserves the right to make the final decision in dispute resolutions.

9. Seller Conduct

Sellers agree not to:

Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

Harass, abuse, or threaten customers or platform staff

Attempt to bypass platform fees or payment systems

Use the platform for unlawful purposes

Unethical behavior may lead to immediate termination of seller privileges.

10. Intellectual Property

Sellers must not upload content (images, text, logos) that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

By uploading content, you grant the platform a non-exclusive right to use it for marketing and display purposes.

11. Limitation of Liability

The platform acts solely as a marketplace and is not responsible for:

Product quality, authenticity, or legality

Seller-buyer disputes beyond platform policies

Losses arising from delays, technical issues, or third-party services

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for seller transactions.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate seller accounts without prior notice

Remove listings that violate these Terms

Withhold payouts in cases of fraud or policy violations

Termination does not release sellers from outstanding obligations.

13. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable local laws. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the

competent courts.

15. Accuracy of Specifications and Information

CellKaro provides mobile specifications, features, and technical data for informational purposes only. While we strive to maintain the highest level

of accuracy by sourcing data from global databases, we do not guarantee that the information is 100% error-free, complete, or current. Technical

specifications (such as RAM, storage, or camera sensors) can vary by manufacturing batch and regional model variants.

16. Pricing and Market Fluctuations

All prices listed on CellKaro are estimated market values and are subject to change without prior notice. For 'Used Mobiles,' prices are determined

by individual sellers and may fluctuate based on the device's physical condition, warranty status, and local market demand. CellKaro is not

responsible for any price differences encountered at physical retail stores or other online platforms.

17. Limitation of Liability

By using this website, you acknowledge that any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk. CellKaro shall not be liable for any direct

or indirect losses, including financial loss or hardware disappointment, arising from inaccuracies in our technical data or pricing information.
