Known as the 'Facebook Phone,' the HTC First is the only device designed to run the Facebook Home interface natively.
The HTC First is a unique piece of mobile history, widely recognized as the 'Facebook Phone.' It was the first and only smartphone to ship with 'Facebook Home'—a deep integration that turned the home screen into a social feed (Cover Feed). Beyond its social focus, it is a surprisingly well-built mid-range device with a clean, minimal aesthetic and a rubberized finish. It features a sharp 4.3-inch 720p display and was the first phone to come with Instagram pre-installed. While the Facebook Home experiment was short-lived, the device itself offered a smooth, stock-like Android experience if the social layer was disabled.
