The HTC P4350 is a sleek, side-sliding PDA phone that brought a full QWERTY keyboard to a much thinner profile than its predecessors.
The HTC P4350, codenamed 'Herald', was a significant design evolution for HTC's sliding QWERTY lineup. It was notably slimmer than the bulky TyTN or Wizard models that preceded it, making it much more comfortable for pocket carry. It features a smooth spring-assisted side-slide mechanism that reveals a spacious keyboard, ideal for mobile messaging and email. While it lacked 3G and GPS, its inclusion of Wi-Fi and the updated Windows Mobile 5.0 (upgradable to 6.0) made it a very capable tool for the business user. Its 2.8-inch touchscreen and dedicated hardware buttons provided a balanced interface for both stylus and one-handed navigation.
