The HTC Touch Cruise 09 is a navigation-centric smartphone featuring the innovative HTC Footprints for geotagging memories.
The HTC Touch Cruise 09, also known as the HTC Iolite, was specifically designed for users who relied heavily on GPS and navigation. It was the first device to feature 'HTC Footprints,' a unique application that allowed users to take a photo of a location, record a voice memo, and geotag it to create a digital scrapbook of their travels. Compact and lightweight, it features a circular navigation wheel and dedicated GPS hardware. Running Windows Mobile 6.1 with the TouchFLO 2D interface, it also included a specialized car cradle mode, making it one of the most capable personal navigation devices of 2009.
