The HTC Touch Pro CDMA is the high-performance QWERTY sibling of the Diamond, built for professional productivity on CDMA networks.
The HTC Touch Pro CDMA (codenamed Raphael) was the enterprise-grade counterpart to the Touch Diamond. It traded the Diamond's slimness for a robust, side-sliding 5-row QWERTY keyboard that remains legendary for its tactile feedback. For the CDMA market—specifically Verizon and Sprint—it provided a high-resolution VGA screen and EV-DO Rev. A speeds for fast data. The device features a circular D-pad that also acts as a touch-sensitive scroll wheel and runs Windows Mobile 6.1 with the TouchFLO 3D interface. It was a primary competitor to the BlackBerry devices of its time, offering a full desktop-like browsing and email experience.
