The i-mate Ultimate 7150 was announced in February 2007. It runs on Microsoft Windows Mobile 6.0 Professional and is powered by an Intel Bulverde 520 MHz processor. It comes with a 3.8-inch TFT resistive touchscreen displaying 256K colors at a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The device is equipped with 128 MB RAM and 256 MB internal memory, expandable via microSD. It features a 2 MP main camera and a VGA secondary camera for video calls. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.0, and miniUSB. It is powered by a removable 1400 mAh Li-Ion battery.
