A historic clamshell that helped pioneer the camera phone revolution in the European market.

The Sharp GX10 is a piece of mobile history, famously known as one of the very first phones with an integrated camera to be widely available in Europe. Launched exclusively through Vodafone as part of their 'Live!' service in late 2002, it changed the mobile landscape by making mobile photography accessible. It features a sturdy clamshell design with a primary color TFT display and a smaller external display for notifications. The built-in VGA camera includes a physical macro switch for close-up photography, a feature that became a Sharp signature. While it lacked Java support (later added in the GX10i), its high build quality and the novelty of its camera made it one of the most desirable handsets of its time.
