The T-Mobile G2 (manufactured by HTC) was the successor to the original T-Mobile G1. It features a high-quality physical QWERTY keyboard with a unique 'Z-hinge' mechanism and a 3.7-inch touchscreen. Powering the device is an 800 MHz Scorpion processor running Android 2.2 (Froyo), which was highly praised for its near-stock Google experience. It includes a 5 megapixel autofocus camera with LED flash, capable of 720p video recording, and 4GB of internal storage expandable via microSD. The G2 was one of the first phones to support T-Mobile's HSPA+ network, marketed at the time as 4G speeds.
